My name is Carol and I’m a Creative Instructional Designer based in the Los Angeles area.
You could say I’m not like most run of the mill Instructional Designers out there. I am a mashup of learning design, training, coaching, marketing, and visual creativity. I bring design thinking, technology skills, and intuitive empathy to everything I do. I automatically put myself in the learner’s position while keeping your business goals in mind.
I can help with a portion of your project or take it from start to finish. I can help you define your learning objectives, interview SME’s, write storyboards and content, create your branding, and graphics. I can develop your self-paced eLearning, or create ILT, VLT, job aids, and blending learning products. I can even facilitate the training or train and coach your other trainers and staff.
Learning is my passion. I am a motivator, inspirer, and enabler of learning. It is my philosophy that there is learning everywhere and in everything we interact with.
